Enjoyed a great meal at a nice restaurant suitable for lunch or dinner. the location was fantastic, with easy access to a war museum. Plus, a lagoon and park were just a short walk away from here! 🌳

Early check-in and very affordable room with balcony and a big bed. Amiable and outstandingly accommodating staff members, in assisting us on our travel plans. Location just off Mestre after a tiring day, water bus or taxi to attractions and bus stop to Venice and a park for running.
Beds were a bit hard.

Very helpful and kind reception with touristic travel options. Hotel is comfortable, on a main road but not nosiy from traffic, with a good breakfast
There were no English TV cannels like CNN, etc.

Good hotel, very clean, air-conditioned. The staff is very polite. The breakfast is not very rich, but enough. The hotel is very good situated. It is very close to the bus stops (only 5 min). To Venice – bus N12, to airport Marko Polo – N15, to Train station – N9. By foot to centre of Mestre 10-15 minutes, to train station about 30min. We are very satisfied and really recommend staying there

The staff is really helpful. I send several e-mails before coming to Venice to have details about the situation of the hotel and Maurizio always answered me clearly & quickly. The hotel is not in the center but in Mestre which is the city just before the bridge you have to cross to go to Venice. It is easy to go to Venice. A bus station is close to the hotel (about 5 mn by foot) and it takes about 10 mn by bus to reach the "Piazzale Roma" in Venice. Don't buy your bus ticket in the bus but in a tabacco shop, it costs less. It is also easy to reach the hotel when you arrive from the Trevise Airport (Ryanair or Wizzair). The bus from the airport makes a stop before "Piazzale Rome" in Venice named "Piazza 27 de ottobre" close to the hotel.

The receptionist explained everything very well and was helpful in planning the visit of Venice. If you travel by car, this is a good place to stay, since you can park the car at the hotel and go to Piazza Roma, the entry point into Venice, easily by bus.
For Italian standards, the coffee was disappointing since it came from an automatic machine with all its artificial flavors instead of from a proper espresso machine.

In the quadruple room, we had everything we needed: a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card for security 🗝️. the views of the city from our room were absolutely lovely! the location of this place is superb - just a short walk from a tram station, making it convenient to get around.

I was very pleased with the attitude of the receptionists. They were very helpful and nice, although always over solicited by hoards of tourists.
The overall level of comfort and tidiness of the place suites better a Hostel categorizing than a Hotel, even a two stars one.

The reception guy was very nice and very helpful. The location is very good for those who want to visit Venice. It is also a 5 min. walk from Mestre center (great shopping mall).
The air conditioning is not strong enough. On our staying, the weather was not so hot, but this could be a problem when it gets really hot.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
